How Can swelling In The Legs Along With Knee Pain Be Treated?

I am female, 40 yrs old. Can feel rush of blood in leg all way down to feet. Hurts &more pressure is felt when I stand. Knees hurt, swelling in legs, arms, pain on right side near front, tingling, 99° fever, and have had a rash on shoulders, some on chest and back but mainly shoulders / upper arms. Rash started day before yesterday and all other symptoms began tonight. Had some chest pain/pleurisy last week.
